Job Summary As a Customer Experience / Partnership Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in shaping our customer experience, launching and managing our affiliate program, and driving business development initiatives. You'll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing customer service inquiries, and collaborating with our small team to drive growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement, including content creation, email marketing, and customer service initiatives * Launch and manage our affiliate program, partnering with moms, teenagers, and retired individuals to promote Parentfile to their networks * Conduct business development outreach to financial advisors, lawyers, and life insurance agents to integrate Parentfile into their services * Collaborate with our team to gather feedback and insights from friends, colleagues, and customers to inform product positioning and development * Create written materials and images for customer emails, social media, and other marketing channels * Work independently and as part of a small team to achieve shared goals and objectives * Analyze metrics and adjust strategies to meet performance targets Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in customer experience, partnerships, or entrepreneurship, preferably in a rapidly growing startup environment * Deep understanding of the parent mindset and ability to "live the brand" * Passion for customer experience and partnerships, with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit * Experience with metrics-driven goals and achieving objectives * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft articulate and convincing emails * Energetic, positive, and resilient, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and challenges * Effective problem-solving, multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a remote environment Essential Skills * Strong understanding of customer experience principles and practices * Experience with affiliate program management and business development outreach * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and emails * Ability to work independently and as part of a small team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies * Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office, with experience in content creation and email marketing tools Preferred Qualifications * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and marketing automation platforms * Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation strategies * Knowledge of affiliate marketing and program management best practices * Experience with product positioning and development, with a focus on customer feedback and insights Compensation and Benefits * Annual base salary: $70,000 - $80,000, depending on experience * Future equity possible * $125.00/month work-from-home subsidy * Paid vacation, sick, and public holidays * Medical, dental, vision, life, accident, and disability coverage * Health Savings and Flexible Savings Accounts * 401(k) Plan with annual company match * Up to $300 pet adoption reimbursement Work Environment and Culture * Remote work environment, with flexible hours and a focus on work-life balance * Collaborative and dynamic team culture, with a focus on innovation and growth * Opportunity to work with a cutting-edge platform and contribute to its development * Regular feedback and coaching to support professional growth and development If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for partnerships and entrepreneurship, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
