We at Innovecture are hiring for a HR Solutions- System Integration to expand our team, this will be a remote role. You will work across various Innovecture and client teams and apply your technical expertise to some of the most complex and challenging technology problems. Required Qualifications15+ years of HR Technology / HRIS implementation and integration experience.Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale HRIS transformations across multiple regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC). Hands-on expertise with at least two or more major HR platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, Dayforce, ServiceNow). Strong understanding of systems integration (SI) methodologies, middleware, and data migration best practices. Deep knowledge of HR business processes (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Benefits, Time & Attendance). Experience with merger integrations and post-acquisition platform harmonization.Certifications preferred: Workday (Core HCM, Reporting, Engagement Mgmt.), PMP, SPHR/GPHR, SAP/Oracle ERP.
