Healthcare Analyst Intern (Provider Network) - Remote in WI or CST/EST states
About the positionResponsibilities• Work with the Contracting Professionals to analyze and catalogue providers based on type, size, impact, and geography using Salesforce applications. • Collaborate with the network team to create reports and gain an understanding of the Salesforce environment to inform strategic action across Wisconsin. • Work with the entire Network and Operations team to understand workflows, create a proposed document cataloging approach and execute on the approach in SharePoint and Teams.Requirements• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a freshman or sophomore with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher. • Pursuing a bachelor's degree with preference in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business Administration, Public Policy, or Public Health. • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. • Experience with SharePoint and Teams. • Experience with Salesforce preferred. • Proficient with Office 365. • Clear and professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.• Strong work ethic, self-motivated and ability to develop relationships. • Good time management, organizational and interpersonal skills. • Computer experience including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. • Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills. • Ability to handle confidential information and comply with HIPAA.
