About the positionResponsibilities• Manage incentives and grants related to health care workforce recruitment and retention. • Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive policy and project strategies. • Support the Health Care Provider Incentive Program to improve access and reduce health inequities. • Analyze data and evaluate program performance to inform policy and identify barriers. • Communicate policy priorities and program impact through reports and presentations. • Coordinate with diverse communities to assess workforce needs and implement solutions.• Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, ensuring compliance and execution.
