About the positionResponsibilities• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients and oversee the client team and project management. • Collaborate with the client Account Executive to facilitate execution of overall strategy plus special projects. • Delegate assignments to team members and perform peer reviews of their work. • Conduct analysis, draft client presentations, and participate in client meetings. • Identify client needs for additional services. • Lead integrated efforts of internal Aon teams such as actuarial, audit, legal, and specialized broking teams.• Foster relationships with the client's vendor partners. • Mentor, coach, and guide junior staff. Requirements• Eight plus years of experience in the group health and benefits industry. • Strong working knowledge of benefits. • Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail. • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong analytical and presentation skills. • Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.• Must have appropriate insurance license/life and health. Nice-to-haves• Project management certification.
