Job Description The Sales Planning & Performance Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the correct Book of Business alignment for UPS and select 3rd party resources. He/She also provides systems and administrative support to the Sales Planning and Performance team. This position involves meticulous review, coordination, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to support organizational goals. Responsibilities • Review and complete alignment requests to support the sales field. • Manage and monitor a shared mailbox to ensure timely and accurate communication with internal and external stakeholders. • Execute, maintain, and utilize best practices to achieve optimal results in sales appeals processes. • Schedule and facilitate discussions to review alignment requests outside of established processes.
