Global Partnership Manager, Private Equity
Job Description:• Build and grow relationships with Private Equity firms• Position our platform as a value driver for their portfolio companies• Identify, negotiate, and close partnerships with leading PE firms• Own the full lifecycle of the partnership• Partner closely with internal teams like Sales and Marketing• Deliver product expertise to PE partners• Be an activation expert for signed PE partnerships• Collaborate with Marketing for co-marketing strategies• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders• Develop scalable playbooks and partner programs• Track and report on pipeline and partner-sourced revenueRequirements:• 5+ years of experience in alliances or business development• Managing private equity & venture capital partners at fast growing startups• Ideally with exposure to financial services ecosystems• Experience in building PE relationships from scratch• Running co-marketing initiatives successfully that leads to high revenue generation• Strong understanding of how PE firms operate• Proven success in acquiring and scaling strategic partnerships• Exceptional commercial instincts• Ability to negotiate complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships• Strong network within the PE or investment community• Skilled in partner enablement and portfolio engagement• Comfortable operating in high-growth, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environments• Excellent communication and executive presence• Strong planning and analytical skills• Bachelor’s degree• Familiarity with FP&A, finance tech solutions is an advantage.Benefits:• Meaningful equity• US: 401(k) plan with up to 4% match and HSA & FSA Options• Canada: RRSP with up to 4% match• US: 100% paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and 100% paid medical and 80% paid dental and vision coverage for dependents• US: $540/year toward glasses, sunglasses, or contact lenses from XP Health for employees enrolled in any Guardian Vision plan• Canada: Extended health, vision, and dental through Manulife (Manulife Gold plan) and virtual healthcare from Dialogue via Manulife.• Calm app membership• Parental leave• Flexible, unlimited sick time and PTO (we recommend 18-25 vacation days annually)• 12 paid company holidays• Life insurance• CPA/CFA license renewal reimbursement Apply tot his job
