Lead and manage a team of engineers to develop and deploy state-of-the-art ML solutions and infrastructure. Develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective ML/MLOps processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven technologies and drive innovation.Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in the field of machine learning and MLOps. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team and provide regular feedback and coaching to support their growth and development. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into ML/MLOps solutions. Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of ML models.Conduct regular trainings and workshops to enhance ML/MLOps knowledge and skills within the team. Keep track of project timelines and budgets, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project delivery. Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders. Conduct research and experiments to identify new tools and techniques to improve ML/MLOps processes. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and scalability of ML/MLOps solutions.Represent the GenAI team in industry events, conferences, and workshops to showcase our work and network with other professionals in the field.
