Utilize technical and fundamental analysis to make informed trading decisions. Execute trades in a timely and efficient manner. Manage risk exposure and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement trading strategies. Proactively identify and pursue new trading opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions.Stay up-to-date with industry news and developments to inform trading decisions. Provide timely and accurate reports on trading activity and performance. Continuously assess and improve trading processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Mentor and train junior traders to develop their skills and knowledge. Adapt to changing market conditions and make adjustments to trading strategies as needed. Represent HSBC with professionalism and integrity at all times.
