I have a completed MVP for a new subscription-based app, and I’m looking for an experienced Startup Consultant to help guide the early-stage business development, operational setup, and launch strategy. I need someone who understands how to take an MVP and turn it into a real, functioning business with the right structure, systems, onboarding, pricing, and launch plan. This role is for someone who can provide strategic direction and hands-on operational support.
