Fractional Recruiter - Engineering Talent (MEP, Communications, Transit experience a plus)
Description:We are seeking an experienced fractional recruiter to support our hiring needs, with a strong focus on engineering roles. Our work spans MEP engineering, transit/rail systems, and project delivery. Revit experience preferred. We need someone who understands the nuances of technical roles and can quickly source high-quality candidates. Responsibilities:• Source and screen candidates for engineering and technical roles• Build targeted talent pipelines• Manage outreach, initial conversations, and candidate engagement• Present qualified, interested candidates with clear summaries• Provide regular updates on pipeline progress and market insightsRequirements:• Proven experience recruiting engineers (MEP, communication systems engineers)• Strong track record sourcing niche or hard-to-fill talent• Familiarity with engineering terminology and competencies• Experience working with U.S.-based roles (preferred)• Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and meet deadlinesProject Details:• Fractional/part-time engagement• Hourly work with weekly time cap• Initial contract for 1–2 months with potential to continue based on fit• Please include examples of engineering roles you have successfully supported Apply tot his job
