Flexible schedule/Part time/ Remote Licensed Therapist & Counselors
Fully remote, 100% teletherapy position. About the RoleWe are hiring independently licensed Behavioral Health Therapists (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC) with a minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience to join our partner's growing care team. This is a 100% remote, tele therapy position with flexible, part-time scheduling. As a therapist you will:• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing therapy sessions via phone and video (sessions are 40–50 minutes, adult clients)• Provide evidence-based, high-quality care tailored to individual client needs• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and telehealth best practices• Participate in virtual team meetings and required provider trainings• Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standardsRequirements• Independently licensed in your state (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC)• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families• Strong diagnostic, communication, and documentation skills• Experience working with diverse populations• Telehealth experience preferred• Must currently reside in the U.S.• Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers, smartphones, and telehealth platformsJob Type: Part-timePay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hourBenefits:• Flexible schedule• Paid time offApplication Question(s):• Which states are you licensed in?
