We’re now looking for a dynamic Financial Controller to join our collaborative leadership team and help drive the next chapter of our success. This is a hands-on, full-cycle role where you’ll manage all day-to-day accounting and financial operations, while working directly with the owner to shape the company’s financial strategy.Manage all full-cycle accounting functions: AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, reconciliations, financial reporting. Partner directly with the owner on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Provide insights and recommendations that drive financial performance and profitability. Implement process improvements and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Take on FP&A responsibilities over time, with a pathway to grow into the company’s CFO. Financial ControllerBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred but not required.• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, ideally in a dynamic environment. • Strong full-cycle accounting skills with the ability to manage everything independently. • Tech-savvy with an eye for process improvement and efficiency. • A growth mindset — eager to expand into FP&A and strategic leadership. • Must live in the greater Charleston, SC metro area (role is mostly remote, but local residency is required).
