Remote, Contract-based Ohio Intellectual Property Attorney Opportunity - 10+ Hours/Week

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Ohio-based Intellectual Property Attorney. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week. Attorney Requirements:- Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of Ohio- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Intellectual Property Law- Trademark and copyright clearance, registration, transfer, and licensing- Reviewing, drafting and advising clients about crucial contracts likeProfessional ServicesAgreements and Independent Contractor Agreements- Knowledge of laws and regulations governing advertising, social media marketing, andinfluencer marketing, ideally including marketing campaign review experience- Trademark / Copyright - specifically related to marketing agencies and other professional services- Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines- Self-starter and able to work independentlyOur Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.We welcome you to join our established network of legal professionals!
