Your key responsibilities will include:• Pipeline & Revenue Generation: Drive field marketing efforts that build brand awareness, influence pipeline growth, and accelerate revenue. Ensure lead follow-up post-event and measure the effectiveness of all events and other initiatives, demonstrating the impact on account progression, engagement, and business development outcomes.• Event Ownership & Execution: Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of high-touch events, including executive roundtables, satellite dinners, and industry conference activations. Develop engaging content, themes, and experiences for owned events and leverage data-driven insights to enhance impact and relevance for target accounts. • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Focus: Implement an ABM approach in field marketing activities to ensure precise targeting, personalized engagement, and relevance for key accounts.Partner with integrated and digital marketing, as well as business development and client success teams, to ensure alignment on target accounts, messaging, and follow-up strategies. • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with integrated marketing, business development, and customer success teams to ensure strategic alignment, account insights, and seamless hand-offs. Work with digital, demand generation, and content teams to create tailored messaging, materials, and promotions that amplify field marketing efforts.• Content Creation & Storytelling: Craft compelling event narratives, talking points, and content that resonates with C-suite and senior-level attendees. Develop follow-up strategies to nurture relationships and continue engagement with prospects and clients post-event. • Budget Management: Manage budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation toward high-impact initiatives. Maintain cost-effective approaches without compromising quality or impact. • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies aligned with revenue and ABM goals, targeting enterprise and upper mid-market accounts.Collaborate with business development, account management, and growth marketing teams to align field marketing initiatives with account and business objectives. QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:• Experience: 7+ years of field marketing experience, with a proven background in executing high-touch, executive-level events. Strong understanding of ABM strategies and revenue marketing practices in B2B, enterprise-focused settings. • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in planning and executing events that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.Experience with managing complex logistics, vendor relationships, and event promotion for both in-person and virtual formats. • Strategic & Data-Driven: Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. Strong understanding of key metrics for evaluating event success, pipeline impact, and ROI. • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships with business development, account management, marketing, and leadership stakeholders.• Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Expertise: Skilled in account selection, personalization strategies, and account-based metrics. Experience in collaborating with account and business development teams to tailor initiatives for target accounts. • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders effectively. • Creativity & Innovation: Creative approach to designing memorable, high-impact experiences for executive audiences.Constantly seeking ways to differentiate our brand through innovative event formats, narratives, and in-event content and experiences. Preferred QualificationsWe prefer candidates with:• Experience in the business process outsourcing, professional services, or B2B technology industries. • Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), and ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase). • Familiarity with analytics and reporting to track event effectiveness and ABM impact on pipeline and revenue.Travel RequirementsPlease expect a high degree of travel for this position – approximately once monthly, but based on the needs of the business.
