Facebook Ads Manager — Scale Existing Campaigns + Build New Winning FunnelsAbout UsProspecting Partners helps financial advisors & insurance agents scale through LinkedIn automation. We’re currently at $40K/month and have multiple outbound systems with active setters feeding the pipeline. We’ve recently increased our Facebook Ads budget to $5K/month (up from $1,500/month). Since doing so, we’ve noticed a drop in lead quality, and we want someone who can diagnose, fix, and scale the campaign while also building a second high-performing campaign in a similar niche from scratch for the same offer.This role is for someone with real scaling experience, not just ad launching. You’ll take ownership of:1. Our existing campaigns• Tighten targeting• Improve lead quality• Restore profitable CPL/CPA• Scale spend intelligently back toward strong ROAS2.
