Amo Realty is a small real estate brokerage that provides our agents with at least 20+ incoming real estate leads each week. 80-100+ leads a month is a strong way to help stay completely booked on the front lines of the busy New York real estate world. It's a very rare lead system to receive this kind of volume each week. There are options for residential buyer leads, sellers, commercial real estate leads. We currently cover the NYC area, all of Long Island, Westchester, Buffalo, Syracuse, Rochester & Albany.We're currently hiring agents throughout the state. The strategy that we have works: High volume leads. One of our agents closed a $22 million sale from one of our leads. We have a sustainable lead system that is meant just for a small group. LeadsWe give each of our agents at least 20+ leads per week. The leads come in from a variety of sources. We've had the exact same system since 2007 and it works with a small group. We're under water leads. Residential leadsWe are flooded with residential buyer leads.The leads come from a variety of sources including Zillow. We also provide incoming seller leads. TCommercial leadsThe commercial leads that we have are mainly commercial lease leads looking for office space, restaurants, retail, industrial and more. There are also larger commercial investor leads. Split Info• 80/20 split on your own leads for the first 3 years, capped at $18,000 per year (100% split after cap reached for calendar year)• After 3 years, agents keep 100% of your own leads after a $5,000 annual cap• 50/50 split on company-provided leads• 100% commission on personal real estate transactions• 100% commission for nuclear family• Amo Realty covers E&O insurance• No monthly fees, no yearly fees, no transaction fees — just the split systemWe have agents who have been with us for 10-15+ years and they don't typically need leads from us, however we can back them up with leads when they need it.There is no catch, no desk fees, no transaction fees, this is real.
