Experienced Overnight Customer Service Representative – Remote 3rd Shift Loan Approval and Customer Support

Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:• Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to assist customers with their loan applications and other financial queries• Consistently and accurately documenting all information pertaining to accounts, including loan applications, payment arrangements, and customer interactions• Using basic business math to solve problems and make informed decisions• Communicating clearly, concisely, and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing• Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor when speaking to customers, even in tense or high-pressure situations• Following written and/or verbal instructions, as well as company policies and procedures• Processing card payments accurately and efficiently• Performing the initial approval of potential borrowers by thoroughly examining their loan applications through multiple software systems• Reviewing applicants to evaluate their eligibility for loans and making recommendations accordingly• Following up with customers to clarify important points and ensure they understand their loan obligations• Finalizing loan details and keeping customers informed about their loan rules and obligations• Staying up-to-date with lending and other financial services, including new products, policies, and procedures• Creating and renewing records, as needed• Identifying customer needs and exploring all available options to meet those needs• Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapting quickly to changing company needs• Multi-tasking by speaking with customers and typing notes simultaneously• Meeting monthly individual goals, as set by management• * Required SkillsTo succeed in this role, you will need:• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our customers• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required, we prefer candidates with:• A degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or communications• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field• Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook• Experience with cloud-based storage and internet applications• * Technical SkillsIn addition to
