Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a drive to solve problems and meet goals. Familiarity with bolthires Office tools and experience in customer service and sales are essential.A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additionally, you must have a quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work from home, excellent Internet connectivity, and a smartphone (iOS or Android) to download our app for company communications. EssentialQualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills. Driven by solving problems and meeting goals.
