Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to our regular customers and visitors * Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner * Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the bakery and customer service area * Collaborating with our bakery team to ensure that all customer requests are met and exceeded * Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge * Maintaining accurate records and reports, including customer feedback and sales data Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school degree or equivalent * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays * Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: * Previous customer service experience in a retail or food service environment * Knowledge of customer service principles and practices * Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time * Bilingual or multilingual skills Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease * Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a high-pressure environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills and careers.
