As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and helping them resolve any issues they may have. The Role As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and resolving any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, and your role will be to build relationships, provide solutions, and exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner * Build relationships with customers and provide solutions to their problems * Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service * Provide training and support to new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed * Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate and informed advice to customers * Meet and exceed customer service targets and KPIs * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals * Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems * Ability to work in a part-time capacity, with flexibility to work varied shifts Preferred Qualifications * Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or service industry * Knowledge of blithequark products and services * Experience working in a team environment and contributing to team goals * Ability to speak multiple languages * Experience with CRM systems and other software applications Skills and Competencies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals * Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask * Ability to work in a part-time capacity, with flexibility to work varied shifts Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
