The Role As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and resolving any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, and your role will be to build relationships, provide solutions, and exceed expectations.
