Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to as a Live Chat Support representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with real-time assistance, answering their queries, and offering solutions to their waterproofing needs through our online chat platform. Responsibilities: • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner via live chat. • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. • Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. • Guide customers through the purchasing process, if necessary. • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure the best customer support. • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service experience. Qualifications: • Excellent Written Communication Skills: You possess the ability to communicate effectively and clearly through written text, ensuring that customers receive accurate and helpful information. • Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: You are able to analyze customer inquiries and provide solutions that meet their needs, resolving issues promptly and efficiently. • Ability to Multitask and Manage Multiple Chats Simultaneously: You are able to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively. • Customer-Focused Mindset with a Passion for Delivering Exceptional Service: You are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable. • Basic Technical Proficiency and Ability to Learn New Software Quickly: You are comfortable using technology and are able to learn new software and systems quickly, adapting to new tools and processes. Experience: 0-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow with our company.
