Job Overview As a Customer Experience Representative at blithequark, you will serve as an information resource for billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting questions, promoting products and services to new and existing customers. Your goal will be to provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues, ensuring that our customers get the most value and enjoyment from their blithequark TV experience. You will take back-to-back tech support or customer service phone calls with customers throughout your shift, engaging with a diverse consumer base to provide top-notch support. Key Responsibilities Manage back-to-back calls and provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues Promote blithequark TV products and services to new and existing customers Engage with a diverse consumer base to provide technical support and customer service Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays Utilize a smartphone or device with an active data network connection to perform job duties Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service and technical skills Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or GED Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training Fluency in English and Spanish Flexibility to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays A stable home internet connection with a minimum 25 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload speed A dedicated home office workspace with a wired ethernet connection Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support or customer service environment Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions Camera-ready for video meetings and training sessions Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
