About DRIVE:DRIVE is a national consulting and marketing firm specializing in helping independent auto repair shops grow their businesses through coaching, technology, and performance systems. We’re launching a next-generation ERP software platform for the automotive industry that integrates shop management, CRM, marketing, and operations under one roof. About theRole:I’m seeking an experienced Executive Coach orSenior Sales Consultant to work directly with me — the VP of Sales & Marketing — to assess our current sales systems, identify operational gaps, and provide strategic guidance to build a world-class, high-performing sales organization.This is not a tactical or entry-level sales coaching role. I am looking for a seasoned executive advisor who can bring clarity, challenge my assumptions, and help architect the systems, structure, and strategy required for a scalable and sustainable sales operation supporting a major software launch. What I’m Looking For:A proven track record in executive-level sales consulting or leadership coachingDeep experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with ERP, CRM, or enterprise software launchesExpertise in sales team structure, process design, pipeline management, and performance systemsAbility to evaluate current sales frameworks, identify blind spots, and guide executive-level decision-makingStrong understanding of go-to-market strategy, particularly in high-ticket or multi-touch sales environmentsA results-oriented mindset with clear, actionable methodologies (not trial and error)Scope of Work:Conduct a full review of current sales and marketing systemsHelp refine the sales structure and roles to align with company goalsProvide executive-level coaching focused on leadership, decision-making, and scalingAdvise on compensation models, performance metrics, and accountability systemsOffer objective, strategic insight during the ERP software go-to-market planning phaseIdeal Candidate Profile:10+ years in executive sales leadership or high-level consultingExperience advising VPs or C-suite leadersDemonstrated success in designing and scaling sales operationsExcellent communication and strategic thinking skillsComfortable working closely with leadership in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentEngagement Details:Remote with flexible schedulingInitial project-based engagement with potential for ongoing advisory relationshipCompetitive compensation for the right expertIf you are a strategic thinker and proven operator who can help elevate a sales organization from good to great, I’d like to connect.Please include in your proposal a brief overview of your relevant experience and examples of similar engagements Apply tot his job
