Business Coach for CEO: Forecasting, Scaling, Growth Planning, Capital & Systems Optimization

I’m the CEO of a growing consulting and education company in the senior living industry, and I’m looking for a business coach who can support me with staying on task, staying ahead, and keeping my priorities aligned with the bigger vision of my business. I’m moving fast, building multiple programs, and leading major events. I don’t currently have a business coach, and I’m ready to partner with someone who has real-world entrepreneurial experience, understands structure and accountability, and can help me stay organized, focused, and intentional as I continue to scale.What I’m Looking For:Must be based in the United StatesReal entrepreneurial experience, not theoryStrong understanding of scaling, forecasting, and systems evolutionAbility to bolthires loopholes, operational gaps, and growth challenges ahead of timeExperience with business expansion, raising capital, and preparing for the next phases of growthAbility to guide me through the strategic demands of running a multi-division companyConfident in structuring accountability and helping CEOs stay aligned with long-term goalsMonthly or bi-weekly meetings (as-needed, ongoing)Responsibilities:Provide CEO-level accountability and structured strategic check-insSupport with forecasting, planning, and preparing 6–12 months aheadIdentify potential risks, bottlenecks, and operational gapsOffer real strategies and best practices for scaling efficientlyProvide guidance on raising capital, business expansion, and system optimizationHelp maintain structure, clarity, focus, and consistencyOffer honest, insightful feedback and high-level strategic directionIdeal Qualities:Direct but supportiveStrategic thinkerForward-looking and proactiveExperienced in consulting, coaching, or business operationsComfortable working with CEOs who move fast and juggle multiple prioritiesWhat experience do you have coaching CEOs or founders who are scaling their businesses?Please share specific examples. Do you have direct experience helping CEOs in the United States scale their businesses? Please describe the companies you supported, the results achieved, and your role. How do you help business owners forecast and plan 6–12 months ahead? Describe your approach or framework. What is your experience with raising capital or preparing a business for expansion?
