Position: Ever Health - RCM Vendor Operations Manager (Remote US)Location: Myrtle PointWhy consider this job opportunity• Salary up to $75,000• Flexibility to work where/how you want within your country of employment – in-office, remote, or hybrid• Continued investment in your professional development• Day 1 access to a robust health and wellness benefits package, including an annual wellness stipend• 401k with up to a 4% match and immediate vesting• Flexible and generous time-off policyWhat to Expect (Job Responsibilities)• Serve as the primary point of contact for billing vendors, fostering strong relationships and effective communication• Monitor daily production output, quality metrics, and productivity across offshore teams• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy, reduce errors, and improve collections• Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for offshore operations• Provide input into vendor selection, contracting, and long-term sourcing strategyWhat is Required (Qualifications)• Minimum 3+ years of healthcare RCM experience (billing, coding, collections, or related)• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field preferred• Experience working with or coordinating offshore teams and vendors• Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes, metrics, and industry standards• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)• Healthcare billing/coding certification (CPC, CCS, or equivalent) preferred• Process improvement or training experience preferred• Familiarity with EHR/PM systems, claims clearinghouses, and payer rules/regulationsWe prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.Central to our mission is our partnership with companies that share this commitment.
