Job Description:• Edit and proofread transcripts to ensure they are accurate, clear, and complete. • Ensure precision in legal terminology, grammar, and punctuation. • Research and verify legal terminology, phrases, and procedures as needed. • Meet strict deadlines while managing your transcription workload effectively. Requirements:• At least 2 years of experience in verbatim legal transcription. • Familiarity with various legal document formats. • Ability to produce a minimum of 300 pages per week.• Keen attention to detail and proficiency in legal terminology. • Excellent typing, listening, and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience with MAXScribe software. • Certification or training in legal transcription or court reporting.
