ERP Project Manager – Manufacturing
This is a remote position. We’re looking for a mid-level ERP Project Manager to support ERP implementation and improvement projects within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on project planning, task tracking, timelines, meetings, and coordination—not deep technical configuration. What You’ll Do:• Lead day-to-day coordination of ERP project activities• Maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines• Track tasks, issues, and tickets to ensure steady progress• Facilitate meetings, document action items, and manage communication• Collaborate with functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders• Support change management and go-live readinessWhat You Bring:• 5+ years in Project Management or similar role• Experience managing ERP projects in manufacturing• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, Infor, SAP, NetSuite, Plex, SYSPRO, Dynamics 365, QAD)• Strong organizational and communication skills• Ability to keep cross-functional teams aligned and on scheduleNice to Have:• Experience in MTO/ETO environments• Industry exposure: industrial equipment, aerospace, medical device, etc.If you’re highly organized, great at keeping projects moving, and comfortable supporting ERP initiatives, we’d love to connect!
