OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and motivated Entry-level Animation/3D Artist to join our creative team! This exciting role focuses on creating and exporting web-ready 3D assets, such as.glb (GL Transmission Format) files and Lottie animations, that seamlessly integrate into digital platforms. Duties• Develop and animate 3D models with a focus on character animation and motion graphics using software like Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max. • Export optimized web-ready assets (.glb files for 3D models and Lottie animations for lightweight vector animations) suitable for online platforms. • Integrate animated assets into digital environments or applications using Unity, Unreal Engine, or other game engines.• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of animations within websites or apps. • Use Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere for post-production editing and enhancement of visual content. • Apply principles of color theory, typography, anatomy knowledge, and graphic design to create visually appealing assets. • Support the team in scripting (C#, Python, C++, Maya scripting) to automate workflows and enhance animation processes.Experience• Basic understanding of character animation, motion graphics, and digital art creation. • Familiarity with 3D modeling software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya or 3ds Max. • Knowledge of exporting assets in formats compatible with web applications (.glb for 3D models; Lottie for lightweight animations). • Experience with post-production tools like Adobe After Effects and Premiere is a plus. • Exposure to game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine for asset integration is desirable. • Understanding of computer graphics principles including anatomy, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects efficiently.
