Engineering Manager, Nordstrom Product Group (NPG) - (Hybrid, Seattle)

NOTE:This position is located at Nordstrom's downtown Seattle headquarters and follows a hybrid work model, with four days in the office and one remote workday each week. The Engineering Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the transformation of Nordstrom's Merchandising processes, specifically supporting our private label, Nordstrom Product Group (NPG). By leveraging structured data and scalable solutions, we aim to enable data-driven decisions and reduce administrative burdens for our users.As part of the engineering leadership team, you will execute a strategic capability roadmap, foster innovation and deliver measurable value to stakeholders across the organization. You will assist, guide and support your team in the planning of sprints, working with our product partners to define and prioritize intake requests, and develop road maps for your team. The ideal candidate will be a self-directed critical thinker, creative problem solver, and committed team player. You will have a bias toward action, prioritizing delivering immediate value to Nordstrom while iteratively building our program for the future.Part of your success will be achieved through forming strong partnerships with business units and technology teams to help guide them by providing vision, strategy, and balancing prioritization to effectively support technology in our environment.
