Engineering Lead Analyst - VICE PRESIDENT

The Infrastructure Technology Lead Analyst responsible for the installation, configuration and support of Citi’s IBM iSeries high-availability platform. Responsibilities:This position is responsible for the IBM iSeries Operating System management including:• Installation and maintenance of the IBM i Operating System, security, middleware and communications software on Power-8 and Power-10 hardware• IBMi 7.4 and 7.5• Trinity Guard Suite• ConnectDirect• IBM MQ• IBM C.A.R.T. • PKWare PKEncrypt• PTC – MKS Implementer• TAA Tools• SEA – absMessage• High availability systems operations, scheduling, automation and support• Vulnerability patching of operating system and associated components• Storage & File Systems management• Hardware Planning, Configuration and Incident Management• Performance & Capacity Management• System (COB) Continuity of Business processes and procedures• Review requirement documents and update processes and procedures as necessary• Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements• Perform impact analysis, solve/work high impact problems/projects, and provide resolution to restore services• Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of serviceQualifications:• 7+ years of experience working on large, complex iSeries environments especially in Financial Services industry, with a proven track record of delivering results on time, operational process change and improvement.• 5+ years of experience providing level 2/3 engineering support• Ability to work with virtual / in-person teams, and work under pressure / to a deadline• Effective written and verbal communication skills• Effective analytic/diagnostic skills• Strong time management and organizational skills• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audienceEducation:• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experienceJob Family Group:TechnologyJob Family:Systems & EngineeringTime Type:Full timePrimary Location:Telecommuter Texas United StatesPrimary Location Full TimeSalary Range:$117,440.00 - $176,160.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.Citi offers competitive employee benefits, including: medical, dental & vision coverage; 401(k); life, accident, and disability insurance; and wellness programs.
