That means more time back in your day to be used in a high-impact way while putting the joy back into your practice of law.What You’ll Do• Own your cases from start to finish in a supportive, fully remote environment. • Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and mediation briefs using our cloud-based systems. • Argue motions, take and defend depositions, and prepare for trial. • Drive strategy and make key case decisions with autonomy and impact. • Use our integrated tech tools to communicate, collaborate, and track performance. • Negotiate powerfully to achieve life-changing results for our clients. • Deliver a five-star client experience every time — we care as much as we fight.Your Skills & Mindset• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. • 5+ years of experience in employment litigation. • Superb research, writing, and analytical ability. • Creative, strategic thinker who thrives in a remote-first, tech-savvy team. • Able to manage a large caseload while staying organized and proactive. • Motivated, ambitious, radically optimistic and driven to grow your income and your career.
