E-Learning Specialists & Technical Instructional Designers
Responsibilities• Develop engaging learning materials including presentations, CBT modules, job aids, and handouts. • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to all content. • Build and maintain project timelines, track milestones, and communicate proactively with stakeholders. • Work closely with SMEs to translate technical concepts into clear, learner-friendly formats. • Conduct content reviews and manage feedback to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Support training evaluation through feedback collection and assessment tracking.• Ensure all materials meet WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards. • Develop learning assets using Adobe Captivate (Classic/New), InDesign, and LMS platforms. Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, or related field• 3+ years of instructional design experience• Hands-on experience with Adobe Captivate and InDesign• Strong knowledge of ADDIE and adult learning theory• Experience working with SMEs and technical training programs• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 compliance requirements• Experience with LMS platforms and eLearning authoring toolsPreferred Qualifications• PMP or project management certification• Experience with transit industry training programsJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:• 401(k)• 401(k) matching• Dental insurance• Flexible schedule• Health insurance• Life insurance• Paid time off• Vision insuranceEducation:• High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:• Instructional design: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location:Remote Apply tot his job
