Led by Purpose. Driven by You. About YouAs the E-Commerce Key Account Manager, you will lead the strategic growth of our business on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for exploring, identifying and capturing category sales and share growth opportunities for Kimberly-Clark. You will report to the Commercial Cluster Leader Enterprise Markets (EM) and you will be an individual contributor (no direct reports). Location: we can offer a remote model for candidates already based in Lombardy, Italy.YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Exploring, identifying and pursuing Kimberly-Clark's category share growth opportunities within Amazon and other e-commerce customersConducting negotiations with Amazon Vendor Managers and all counterparts, actively involving all e-commerce teamCompiling the best possible Customer Plan based on identified growth opportunities and ensuring a proper execution of this Plan with the right assortment, promo and pricePromoting the right stock level to fulfill customer need and give the right input in volume planningMonitoring product rating and defining action plan when neededCollaborating with internal functions and external agency to create specific media and search planEnsuring the right paper turnover and payment process between Kimberly-Clark and Amazon, involving all the functions to minimize claims, deduction and returnsWHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:Previous experience working at Amazon or managing commercial relationships with Amazon as a key customer, including negotiation and strategic account management.Experience with other e-commerce players is a strong plusExcellent selling skills, including strong negotiation and closing ability, coupled with excellent people skillsStrong level of understanding end to end value chain for Amazon (product, demand, customer service, supply, cash cycle)Experience managing promotions, search activities and advertising in AmazonSolid level of understanding of key finance documents (P&L, Balance, and Cash Flow)Strong organization skills with an aptitude in analytical decision makingPromote desired culture - entrepreneurial, winning, accountable, ownership and result orientedFluent in Italian and EnglishWe OfferWe want to grow together with you - which is why we offer attractive developing opportunities.You will work in a pleasant and open environment with a global character, where cooperation is very important to us.
