About the positionThis position is for a UX Design Lead who will be responsible for designing web and mobile applications, leading a design team, and implementing creative solutions based on user research and customer feedback. The role focuses on creating engaging user experiences for innovative products that leverage generative AI technology to reshape industries such as education and recruitment. Responsibilities• Lead the design team in creating user-centered designs for web and mobile applications.• Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback to inform design decisions. • Create designs and clickable prototypes using Figma. • Experiment with generative AI tools to enhance the design process. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive user experience across products. Requirements• At least 5 years of hands-on UX design experience for software products. • At least 1 year of experience leading a design team. • Proficiency in creating designs and clickable prototypes in Figma.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to make independent decisions based on user research.
