They are seeking aSenior UX Designer to lead the design of data-rich interfaces that enhance user experiences and support the company's renewable energy mission. This role involves collaborating with various teams and mentoring junior designers to ensure high-quality design across platforms.Responsibilities• Lead UX design with a strong emphasis on end to end user flows• Transform complex data into clear, actionable user experiences• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions• Collaborate across Product, Engineering and Operations to drive impact• Build and maintain a scalable design system and reusable components• Utilize AI tools and methods to accelerate and enhance the design process• Mentor and coach junior designers, including offshore teammatesSkills• 5+ years of experience in UX or Product Design, ideally for data-heavy or B2B platforms• Expert in Figma and comfortable using AI design tools• Strong communicator who balances creativity with pragmatism• Strong background in a variety of user research methodologiesBenefits• 100% of health insurance monthly premiums for employees, and 50% for dependents• Performance Bonus: Because exceptional work deserves exceptional rewards.Eligibility begins after 90 days. • Equity Stake: Join us in shaping the future and be rewarded for your dedication with stock options. • Up to $500 annual learning reimbursement because investing in your development is investing in our success.
