Lead how NPs deliver and document quality care across a national virtual and in-home model. Fully remote. Fast growth. Real ownership. Role Snapshot• Title: Director of NP Training & Clinical Quality• Pay: $160K–$170K + Bonus + Equity• Location: 100%Remote (U.S.)• Impact: Build scalable NP training and quality programs that elevate performance, improve documentation accuracy, and keep care delivery compliant and efficient. What You’ll Do• Design and lead NP onboarding and continuing education programs• Build QA and clinical quality metrics that guide training priorities• Partner with Compliance, Coding, and Ops to align documentation standards• Drive performance improvement through data and feedback loops• Maintain SOPs and protocols that scale nationally• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure NPs are prepared, supported, and compliantMust-Haves• Experience leading NP training, QA, or compliance programs• 2+ years directly managing or overseeing NPs or APPs• 5+ years in clinical training, compliance, or quality leadership• Proven work within a value-based or in-home clinical model (HRA, MAWV, care gap closure)• Strong understanding of regulatory and documentation standards (CMS, Joint Commission, MA)• Comfort working in a fast-moving, remote-first environmentNP license strongly preferred, but not required if you’ve successfully built or led NP training and quality functions at a similar organization.Nice-to-Have• Experience training NPs via telehealth or virtual learning platforms• Background in startup or rapid-growth health tech environments• Coding or compliance credentials (CPC, CHC, CHPC, CCS)• Hands-on experience with clinical QA systems or EHR-based performance dataPerks & Pay• Pay: $160K–$170K base + bonus + equity• Medical, dental, vision• 401(k), PTO• Remote-work stipend and modern collaboration toolsSchedule & Setup• 100%Remote – anywhere in the U.S. • Results-focused environment – autonomy, not micromanagement• Collaborate with Clinical Ops, Compliance, Coding, and ITYou’ll shape how NPs are trained, measured, and supported.Build programs that actually help clinicians deliver better care — without red tape.
