About the role:Helium 10 is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Affiliate Marketing to lead our global affiliate and partnership program.This role will focus on driving affiliate subscription growth and building a comprehensive affiliate experience strategy tailored for e-commerce influencers and course creators. Responsibilities:• Lead a world-class affiliate/partnership program on a global scale, focusing on affiliate subscription growth. • Develop and implement an end-to-end affiliate experience strategy, including new affiliate onboarding and ongoing communication and education strategies for existing affiliates. • Manage a high-performing team of Affiliate Managers who are responsible for sourcing, nurturing, and growing affiliate relationships.• Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to expertly collaborate with existing and potential affiliate partners. • Partner closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to enhance the overall affiliate experience.
