Position Overview:As a Digital Content Curator Intern at Awaken Pittsburgh, you will play a pivotal role inpromoting our mission and increasing our impact.You will work closely with ourmarketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that effectivelycommunicate our values and programs. This position offers a unique opportunity tocontribute to a cause that makes a difference in people's lives, while gaining hands-onexperience in non-profit marketing. What can you expect to do in this role? (Essential Duties)• Review and select high-quality content from our video archives. • Edit and repurpose videos for use on various social media platforms and in email newsletters.• Develop a content calendar to ensure a steady stream of compelling content. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with broader promotional strategies. • Analyze engagement data to understand audience preferences and adjust content strategies accordingly. • Stay up-to-date with social media trends to keep our content fresh and relevant. • We expect this position to require 5-8 hours per week. About You:• Proven experience in video editing. • A strong interest in mindfulness, meditation, and the mission of Awaken• Pittsburgh.• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Experience in social media management or email marketing. • Knowledge of mindfulness and well-being practices. • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
