The role involves environment setup, data cleansing, database configuration, and system validation within a regulated environment. PrimaryResponsibilities:Environmental Setup & System CloningSet up required environments/DB for data cleansing and validate readinessConfigure data filtration scripts to filter specific datasets and enable continuous replicationRemove security groups, permissions, and security keys from cloned systemsData CleansingAnalyze database structures and develop cleansing scripts across multiple tablesRemove specific datasets, product codes, documents, attachments, and PII from cloned environmentsTesting & ValidationCreate verification scripts to ensure restricted data is not sharedPerform regression testing to validate system accuracyDocumentationPrepare documentation for application cloning, integration steps, and system setup instructionsQualifications:8+ years of experience in LIMS, SQL, OracleStrong experience with LabVantage LIMS v8+ Solid understanding of build and deployment processesStrong analytical, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAdvanced knowledge of Java modules, including web services, Hibernate, JMSExperience with Jasper Reports is a plusExpertise in SQL (Oracle or MS SQL) with ability to write complex queriesExperience with Java EE servers (WebLogic, JBoss, WebSphere) Apply tot his job
