We are looking for a founding Data Analytics Engineer to join our core team. Website: www.prachub.comWhat You’ll Do• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines that power analytics, dashboards, and product insights. • Develop clean, scalable data models to support product, growth, and operational decision-making. • Transform raw data into well-defined metrics and semantic layers using modern tools (dbt, SQL). • Collaborate with analysts, product managers, and engineers to define data requirements and ensure data quality.• Build dashboards and automated reporting systems for monitoring user engagement, retention, and conversion. • Implement data quality, validation, and observability standards. • Contribute to shaping Prachub’s data architecture and driving a data-first culture. What We’re Looking For• Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field. • 1–5 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or BI engineering. • Strong SQL skills and experience modeling data in warehouse environments.• Hands-on experience with dbt or equivalent data transformation frameworks. • Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation. • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift). • Experience building dashboards using tools such as Looker, Tableau, Metabase, Mode, or Power BI. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • A startup mindset: ownership, speed, adaptability, and willingness to work end-to-end.Interested?
