This is your opportunity to become a valued team member of an industry leader!We are currently seeking a well-organized and strategic Key Account & Retail Merchandising Coordinator / Customer Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing team! This is an onsite position in our Bucks County, PA headquarters. This is a critical position and an integral part of our Retail team. You will work closely with and support the account executives and top customers including bolthires, bolthires, Tractor Supply, and bolthires. Responsibilities include:• Manage administrative and analytical duties, coordinate sales-related activities, promote customer satisfaction.Coordinate with customer team members to improve and manage the analytical reporting along with providing the support for sales• Serve as reference point for internal cross functional areas and external customers alike through feedback, documentation & information. • Integrated into the sales planning process – checking if the plan is properly executed or not. • Participating in the entire order process; including initial shipments, replenishment orders, modular/display commitments as well as overseeing order processing, monitoring production, order shipping and delivery cycle.• Tracking daily sales reports, keeping detailed accounts & status reports, and performing data entry• Monitor the planning, season preparedness and implementation of U.S. Retail Merchandising strategies ensuring that all retail customer coverage is identified and presented with a strategic based program supported by resource/tools• Identifying trends and monitoring supply and demand; tracking inventory movement and systematically introducing competitive promotions, sales, price changes, etc. • Partnering with account executives for key customers & jointly developing & executing a detailed service plan to stimulate incremental revenue and sell-through• Leverage marketplace insights to develop tactical plan to achieve stronger POS in core business• Maintains retail execution data and customer information in assigned resources/tools (on a consistent and continual basis)We are seeking a high potential individual with excellent organizational and project management skills.Must be able to work effectively as part of a team and possess creative problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to identify both short- and long-range growth opportunities based on an in-depth understanding of company, national retail customer and channel strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s and 1-2+ years related key account experience in a consumer products company. Previous experience supporting a key account or top brand such as bolthires, bolthires, bolthires or similar.Experience with bolthires Retail Link a plus.
