Utilize bolthires systems to research and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. Provide clear and empathetic communication to ensure customer satisfaction. Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant information in bolthires systems. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required.Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or healthcare-related roles is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
