CRM Analyst

Saint Michael's College seeks a CRM Analyst to play a key role in enhancing the student experience through strategic use of data and technology. This pivotal position will manage and optimize the College's Slate environment and Colleague systems, partnering with departments across campus to streamline processes, strengthen communication, and ensure data integrity. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Configure, maintain and enhance Slate and Colleague to support institutional objectives.• Build and manage forms, workflows, queries, automations, custom fields, reports, and dashboards. • Plan, execute, and document testing for upgrades, integrations, and new implementations. • Ensure data accuracy, security, consistency, and compliance within CRM systems. • Identify and address technical business process needs to support operational and strategic goals. • Collaborate with Admissions, Recruitment, Student Success,Advancement, and other stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.• Develop and maintain clear documentation of business processes, user requirements, and technical specifications. • Participate in cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements and automation. • Provide technical support and training for users across campus on CRM and integrated applications. • Create and maintain training materials and user documentation to promote system adoption. • Mentor less-experienced staff and foster a culture of data literacy and shared accountability.• Partner with the Data & Analytics team to support system integrations and data exchange. • Generate regular and ad hoc reports to support data requests, analysis, and institutional decision-making. • Uphold institutional data governance, privacy, and security standards.
