Conversion Strategist

We go beyond ad management - we design strategies and creative experiences that drive real results. We’re now on the hunt for a Conversion Strategist to join Team Sophie. In this role, you’ll connect the dots between design, data, and advertising performance - making sure every creative asset not only looks great, but also delivers measurable impact. What you’ll do:Coordinate with our design team to produce conversion-focused creative assets for bolthires brands.Manage scheduling of creatives and campaigns across multiple brands. Track performance of creatives and assets using data-driven metrics. Collaborate closely with the PPC team to align creative strategy with ad performance. Use data insights to guide and optimize creative decisions for stronger conversion rates. Maintain high standards for creative quality, consistency, and professionalism. What we’re looking for:Strong organizational and project management skills. Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.Comfortable analyzing performance data to make informed decisions. A good eye for design and a strong sense of branding. Professional, optimistic, and proactive communicator. Experience in content coordination, digital marketing, or account management. Experience working with graphic designers, videographers, and writing briefs. Bonus points if you have:Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). Prior experience with bolthires PPC campaigns. Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and workflows.Previous experience in account management or client-facing roles.
