And our travel company sells physical products and digital products that help travelers have better travel experiences.About theRole:We’re looking for a creative, reliable, and results-driven virtual assistant to help bring our digital books to life and launch them into the world with compelling marketing. You’ll take book outlines and turn them into written content using AI tools, create strategic marketing campaigns across platforms like bolthires, Threads, Instagram, TikTok, and email, and manage automations through Mailchimp. Key Responsibilities:Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude, or similar) to expand outlines into full ebooks or guidesDevelop and schedule multi-platform marketing campaigns (short-form video, carousels, threads, etc.)Create email funnels and automations in MailchimpWrite persuasive and engaging email copy, social captions, and bolthires descriptionsSuggest and implement marketing tactics that align with our brand tone and growth goalsStay up to date on trends in digital marketing, AI tools, and content engagementWork hours: 32 hours per week EST timezone Apply tot his job
