Content Creator / Videographer for Instagram Reels (Part-Time, Monthly Contract)

About the RoleI’m looking for a creative person who can help me brainstorm scripts, film, and edit viral-style Instagram Reels for my brand @kaleyonautopilot. This is a flexible, part-time role perfect for a student, creator, or someone who loves making social media content. What You’ll Do• Meet twice a month for 1–2 hours to film• Create 5 reels per filming session (10 total per month)• Edit reels with smooth transitions, captions, trending audio, etc. • Come prepared with content ideas based on current viral trends• Assist with scripting and shot planning• Deliver all final videos within 7–10 days after filming• Communicate consistently and be reliable for scheduled filming daysQualifications• Experience filming and editing short-form content• Creative, trend-aware, and able to pitch ideas• Skilled with CapCut or any editing software you’re comfortable with• Strong attention to detail for pacing, hooks, and storytelling• Must be local to Johnson City, TNBonus points if:• You own a quality camera• You have experience with lifestyle, fitness, or wellness content• You’ve worked with influencers or small brands beforeWhat You’ll Get• $200/month• Steady monthly work• Access to a paid creator course (free for you)• Opportunity to grow into a long-term role as the brand expandsImportant Notes• All content filmed and edited for this role becomes property of the brand.• Consistency matters — looking for someone who can reliably commit to filming twice a month.
