Experience in managing all aspects of clinical trials from start-up through close-out is essential, along with a proven track record of effectively managing multiple clinical trial vendors concurrently.A strong understanding of the interdependencies among data, technology, and vendor systems is crucial for navigating the complexities of the role. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate the ability to engage proactively with clinical sites to resolve issues, including delays in data entry and query resolution. Strong collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively within team and cross-functional environments. The ideal candidate will also exhibit exceptional multitasking abilities and possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to communicate key information clearly and effectively across various stakeholders.Knowledge, skills, and experience required for the position are:• B.S. degree in a scientific discipline with at least five (7) years of clinical research experience or medical/nursing certification with over seven (9) years of clinical research experience. • Experience managing all aspects of clinical trial(s) from study start-up through study close-out• Direct experience managing multiple clinical trial vendors at a time• Direct experience engaging with sites to resolve issues, delays in data entry or query resolution• Demonstrates deep understanding of interdependencies of data, technology, vendor systems and metrics and differences across vendor abilities and requirements• Ability to collaborate within a team and cross functionally• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize competing priorities• Very strong verbal, written, and presentation skillsReady to ?So, what do you think?
