Job Title: Chief Data Science, SaaS & Sincerity AI (CV & Voice analysis)Reporting to CEOLocation: Silicon Valley, CA / Global (Remote)We are seeking a bright entrepreneurial (equity only package, like all of us co-Founders, CXO) engineer. You have at least 6 years of professional accomplishments in enterprise software / AI / SaaS spaces. You are interested in AI, its social acceptance, ethics, and privacy.Co-FounderCompensationYou want a piece of a company whose purpose is to become the leader in Gen AI applied to customers' insights with human-centric AI.You believe in “no guts, no glory” and are ready to walk the talk and be an entrepreneur. We are bootstrapping the company: none of the Co-Founders / CXO are taking salaries. Your package is a negotiated amount of Founder equity (2–4% + performance bonus depending on experience & achievements) until the closing of the fund-raising round or when sales generate sufficient cash flow. No paycheck till then. Half–time is OK in this phase, but we prefer candidates who are fully committed. DO NOT apply if you are going to ask for a paycheck: this is a co-Founder position!Core TechnologiesOur core technologies are deep learning, vision AI for face analytics, voice tone detection, and LLM. Our MVP is ready—it is a Sincerity AI Web App. In roadmap: emotion AI, LLM, API. SaaS. Backend on AWS. Web front-end. Key Responsibilities• Drive technical excellence in the design, development, and optimization of our core products. • Lead the development and enhancement of products, taking hands-on charge of the full software development life cycle. • Stay on the cutting edge of AI and technologies and find innovative ways to implement them in our products.• Ensure high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code is delivered, upholding best practices in software engineering. • Provide guidance to the software engineering team, mentor junior engineers, and share your expertise. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to bring new features from concept to launch. • Solve complex technical challenges to provide the best user experience. • Continuously enhance and optimize products based on user feedback and data.• Stay updated on technology trends and best practices, taking the initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creativity.Qualifications• Proven experience (minimum of 6 years) in software development with a focus on mobile AI and AR technologies in a fast-growing company, preferably Venture Backed Series A. • Strong knowledge of most, if not all, of our core technologies. • Expertise in computer vision, machine learning, and AI algorithms. • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to analyze and optimize performance.• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work within cross-functional teams. • Passion for delivering AI products that exceed customer expectations, focusing on quality and speed. • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, efficiently prioritizing and managing tasks and projects. • An empathetic, collaborative, and adaptable leader fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation. • Global mindset with an understanding of international markets and industry trends.• Commitment to diversity, ethical practices, and responsible growth. • Willingness to lead with an entrepreneurial spirit, recognizing the demands of the startup environment. • Alignment with Voicera’s commitment to ethics, privacy, and social impact in the growth process. • Excellent written and verbal English skills. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar relevant field (Master's degree preferred).Why Apply?
