Description DetailsSummary:The Channel Metadata Analyst supports Digital Lab with day-to-day management, oversight, and optimization of marketing metadata and digital operational programs. This role will also cover aspects of Email Rental, Preference Center management, and dashboard/data operations. Responsibilities:Lead daily operations, including metadata tagging and dashboard management across complex brand programs, ensuring accuracy and on-time executionCollaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies to maintain updated content, align processes, and uphold data management standardsUtilize Salesforce (CPMT internal tool) for metadata activitiesPerform data querying, analysis, and process automation using SQLDevelop and maintain documentation such as playbooks, guides, and RACI matricesOnboard cross-functional/agency teams on workflows and operational processesPartner with teams to gather requirements, test, and verify data inputs/outputsDrive standardization, automation, and process improvements to enable greater efficiencyTroubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions with partnersDesign, update, and maintain dashboards/operational reports using Smartsheet, Workfront, & PowerBIOversee and support aspects of Email Rental and Preference Center workflows and operationsStay current with digital operations best practices and recommend new solutionsCommunicate clearly and set expectations throughout operational processesQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or equivalent experienceExperience with digital marketing operations, database/content management, project management.Hands-on experience with SmartSheet, PowerBI, and Salesforce; proficiency in SQL (Snowflake) & Marketo a strong plusExceptional communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teamsDemonstrated ability to operate independently, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentProven track record of cross-functional teamwork and driving programs to completionStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Enthusiastic, solution-oriented, and open to new challenges Apply tot his job
